Alfred Cox antique mid-century double-sided walnut desk with 6 drawers
Alfred Cox desk with 6 drawers
This is a genuine antique Alfred Cox desk made from walnut with a central seating position. It measures 183cm in width, 44cm deep, and 72cm high. There are 6 drawers in total with inset wooden handles: 3 on the left side, 1 in the centre, and 2 on the right (the lower drawer is larger with a decorative 'dummy' handle). All drawers are clean inside and open smoothly on their runners. This stunning desk has most recently been used as part of a TV show set; before that, its past lives have resulted in a few imperfections to the wood's surface - please see photos for details. There is also an interesting label with handwritten initials on the back. Otherwise, this double-sided desk is in great condition for its age, and would make a great statement piece for any home or office. Due to the size of this piece, the successful buyer will need to collect it from Warren Street, W1T.
